Reported Arsenal target Klaas Jan Huntelaar has been told he is not a part of Real Madrid’s plans anymore hence his departure seems inevitable now. The question is when and where to? Arsenal are considered front runners for the signature of the Dutch international as a replacement for Emmanuel Adebayor.
The Real Madrid forward has been left out of the pre-season squad and his shirt number has been given to a youngster who is a youth team product of Real. So Huntelaar has clearly been told he is unwanted at the Bernebaeu.
The 25 year old is Arsenal fan’s favourite choice to replace Emmanuel Adebayor and his stats show why. 76 goals from 92 appearances for Ajax, 8 from 20 for Real Madrid and 13 from 23 for Netherlands. One thing is for sure, a new striker is needed at Arsenal. Doesn’t matter if the fans hated Adebayor, the point is he was a 15+ goals a season forward and hence needs to be replaced. Ok Eduardo is back but you cannot be sure injuries won’t come back to ruin Arsenal’s chances again so a new striker is needed. Arsene has the money now. 25m from Adebayor and now 16m from Toure. Add to that the money they already had and surely there’s enough money to buy a world class striker and a holding midfielder.

the money is enough for both Brede and Huntelaar bu the problem is that why is wenger reluctant to splash on this two. I think if we were realy the pole contendors of EPL and Champions league we would have finalised the deals

id luv to see Huntelaar at arsenal but somehow think we will miss out wenger likes to play hardball he will wait and wait right till near the end of the transfer window just to get him for a few pennys less and thats when we will lose out another team will grab him.the same thing happened with alonso at liverpool last season although he didnt go to another team but wenger waited till the last min and lost out cos he wouldnt pay around 1,2 mil more

Huntelaar and Hangeland are jus way too straight forward transfers and Wenger dont like that he wants to get a gem Hangeland as discovered by Hodgson so he wont like that he wants to discove his own person..ie Vermalaen
Huntelaar seems like too big a character for Wenger’s timid nature so he wouldnt want to have those kinda problems
Why not stick wiv Eddie,Bendtner,VanP and if they fail jus have a lil jus a lil tantrum and sit down and wipe his nose wiv his HAND as usual
hahahahaha
No jus joking Wenger has it all planned relax guys he will come good

WENGER and the rest of the board members are all liars,(except usmanov).that was how he(wenger)said that he was going to make all his signings before the pre-season begins and that he is not going to sell anyone to avoid rebuilding the squad.up till this moment no other addition have been made to the squad apart from vamaelen .His statement clearly shows that their will be no further addition to the squad till the transfer window closes.I remain a gunner 4 life.

We all are critical of Le Boss’ buying policy but everyone seems to forget how he waited to buy our recent russian super start until the last second during the January transfer window and get a very good price for such a talent, also many people are critical of wenger for buying unproven talent, but Ade came from Monaco, a relatively mid-table side in Ligue Un and Henry who came from a rather lesser league, so lets just have faith in Wenger and if he turns out to be crazy at least we look good playing the most beautiful football

It is great to have Hunterlar, yet i wish to know what Gallas and Silvestre are doing @ Arsenal now. I belive it is time to get and intelligent young defender like Hungeland and a Dm like catermole + two strikers which wil push the team for a sliverware. It is time to change the format of play and go for a better attacking option. I know Fabregas can play more better if there is a strong midlielder like formal Flamini and we will see the movement of the team and enjoy our Arsenal like ever before.
