Cesc Fabregas was charged for two punishable offences, spitting at Hull’s assistant manager Brian Horton and entering the field after the final whistle.
The first one has no evidence to prove that it actually happened and the second one is simply an outrageous thing to charge one for.
The Arsenal captain has now decided not to defend himself and clear his name.
It is possibly because he is quite sure he will be charged anyway so why waste his time; but some would interpret this move as an admission of guilt. What do you think?
