Cesc Fabregas played brilliantly as Spain hammered New Zealand 5-0 in their first match of the Confederations Cup. He first assisted Torres and later scored himself. A Torres hat-trick inside 17 minutes, Fabregas goal after 24 minutes and then early into the second half Villa’s goal completed the humiliation for New Zealand.
